33 Boulder Brook Road was listed at $6.695 million in September ‘23 and sat on the market, unloved and unwanted, until April ‘24, when the present owners came east from Evergreen, Colorado, and paid $6.3 million. This year, probably after discovering that the icy snow slopes of Stowe and the Birch Hill rope tow don’t provide the quality skiing they were accustomed to, they decided to move, and put it back on the market last week, unchanged, for $6.650 million.
