I previously applauded Mark Pruner for his pricing strategy on this property, and now I can do so again
/Mark Pruner put 38 Byfield Lane on the market June 27th at $3.495 million and rapidly took two price cuts because, in this market, if offers aren’t flooding in instantly, it doesn’t pay to “dither” around. Pruner didn’t, got the price down to $3.295 and it’s now pending.
