A local builder paid $1.529 million for 20 Old Wagon Road (Havemeyer Park) that was listed in May 2025 for $1.199 million, razed it, built new, and put it back up for sale this June at $3.978 million. Presumably, he priced it to provide a very nice return on his efforts, so he must have been delighted when it sold it to a Larchmont (10538 ZIP) buyer yesterday for $4,802,500.

Some of us wouldn’t have considered Havemeyer Park to be a $5 million dollar neighborhood; some of us were wrong, apparently.
