174 Round Hill Road was listed at $10.million March 4th, dropped to $9.5 April 30, and now that listing agent’s been dumped and the price further reduced by the new one, to $8.5. Nice, custom-built house, good location, but at a mere 9,000 sq. ft., it probably feels just a tad claustrophobic to today’s buyer.
