94 Londonderry Drive, guide price $3.1 million. With their lender breathing down their necks, the previous owners put it up for sale in 2009 at $1.895, dragged out proceedings for a decent interval and finally, after a short sale, it was sold by the bank to these owners in 2017 for $1,102,500.

Personally, I preferred it at $1.1, but different markets then and now, and besides, these owners are doing very well for themselves, and we always like to see that.
