177 Indian Head Road has finally sold, for $4.475 million. The owners paid $4.2 for this 1960 house in 2008, then unwisely poured a ton of money into it. The buyers are from Riverside, so they presumably knowledgeable enough to know that adjacent to is not IN “One of Riverside's most coveted waterfront enclaves”.

If they were hard bargainers, those buyers would have insisted that a pair of his and her stilts be thrown into the bargain.
