Daphne strikes again: her new listing at 47 Tomac Road, listed at 3.695 million, is pending after 7 days. Carved out of hill, I remember this house from its long, unhappy sales history in years past. First offered at $2.750 million in 2009, it was on and off the market between rentals until they finally stopped trying to sll it in 2017, still priced at $2.440. Both the house and the market have improved since then.
