Belle Haven sale

197 Otter Rock, sold for $5.1 million. Sold for $5.4 million in December, 2013, so its opening price of $6.295 was a tad over-ambitious. Belle Haven's a great community with lots of fabulous houses, but this 1964, 3,800 sq.ft. residence wasn't one of my favorites.
But nice enough to sell, obviously.
