Another big-ticket sale reported as pending

3 Parsonage Lane, asking $6.775 million. It's a 1930 house that was completely — and I mean completely — rebuilt by the current owners, on 2 1/2acres in a one-acre zone. I consider this new construction, really, so the price seems right.

(Disclosure - the owner is a childhood friend - not my listing, though - some friend, eh?) : )
