156 Stanwich Road, priced at $2.875 million. Older, 1948 hime, very nicely modernized. The previous owner priced this at $3.685 back in 2008 before surrendering to reality and selling to these folks for $2.450 in 2009. Presumably, this price won’t suffer the same fate.
