Chip Skowron’s house at 16 Doubling Road has sold for $8.347 million. Not the $11.5 million it asked for, but amazingly close to the town’s appraisal of $8,335,900. I wish him well as he gets on with his life.
Not sure what, beside virtue signaling, a wee bit of solar power does for an 11,000 sq.ft.house, but ….
