43 Mianus View Terrace, Cos Cob, has sold for $1,8 million on an asking price of $1.875. 150 DOM.

The original house sold via bidding war for $817,000 — ask was $795,000 — in December 2018. This buider took it down to its foundation and built new, finishing by December 2019.
