170 Old Mill Road has sold for $4.270 million. That probably seemed like a bargain to the buyer, but the same euphoria must also have been felt by this seller, who bought it from the original owner for $4.9 in 2015; after all, that hapless individual had paid $8.850 for it in 2006.

My guess is that this elevator is still going down.
