Purchased for $885,000 in December 2020, when it more closely reflected its 1962 construction date, this owner gut/renovated it and expanded it from 1,440 sq. ft. to 2,047. That’s still small, by modern Greenwich standards, but nice house, nice street, so who’s to complain?
