22 Oak Drive, $3.735 million. Started off at $5.195 in June 2018, but almost $4 on Oak Drive is still impressive. I’m guessing this was the lot where the Horton kids grew up, and while that was a perfectly nice house, it, and the other houses on Oak were more modestly priced back then.
