31 Vineyard Lane is pending. Now priced at $2.995 million, it started at $3.495 back in August. With all the charm of a ‘70s medical building, and in serious need of an updated kitchen and baths, I’d have guessed that its appeal would prove “selective”, but I’d have been wrong.
