Russ Pruner shows how to do square footage, in my opinion
/His new listing at 76 Doubling Road is priced at $10.950, which is bit out of my price range, but I wish more agents would follow his example when describing the square footage of a listing. Some agents and brokers do this, but more don’t, and that makes ready comparisons difficult; not impossible, of course, but it’s annoying to have to calculate a property’s FAR limitations and then guess how much of the stated square footage is actually in the basement
