31 Sawmill Lane, now $750,000 less than its original ask of $9.5 million: $8.750 million and it’s yours.
It’s a wonderful, 100-year-old house on three acres, but it had its problem selling in the past. Listed in 2006-2007 for $9.850, and again in 2009-2010 for $9.950, it finally sold for $3.7 million in 2019. We’ll hope for better results this time.
