Two sales and one pending

Sale: 52 Round Hill Road, $4,030,000. Began at $4.5 million September 15, dropped to $3.995, and that stirred up at least two bidders.

Sale: 10 Carissa Lane, $2,642,500. Listed at $2.650.

22 Summit Road, listed at $2.795 million. Six days, so that answers the question I asked last week when this property appeared on the MLS:

Housing affordability — have prices really gone up 42% in three years?

22 Summit Road sold for $1.960 million ($1.950 asked) in December 2021, and has now been relisted, pretty much unchanged, for $2.795 million. Not saying they won’t get it, just that I’m surprised to see how high the market has jumped during this short period.

Turns out, prices have gone up even more that I’d imagined.
