The owners of 121 Round Hill Road paid $2.250 million for its 2.3 acres and a 1927 house in July 2021. They’ve razed the house and now offer the land at $4.5 million. No site work’s been done, but they have drawn up some pretty “could be built” pictures of an imaginary replacement structure; heck, anyone can do that — it takes no time, and costs nothing.
