25 Buckfield Lane, $6.825 million, is reported pending after 37 days. A seven-acre building lot, it was listed for $10.5 million (about $20 million in current dollars) for 960 days in 2008-2010, without success.
Shelly Tretter Lynch had the listing back then, and has it now, showing that all good things come to those that wait.
