Old Forge sale

9 Old Forge Road, listed at $3.250 million, sold for $3.550. It fetched $1.650 in 2016, so I suppose this is normal appreciation, but still ….

Described as offering “understated elegance”, while here at FWIW we prefer “elegant, without being overly ostentatious”, but close enough. However, there’s no mention of it being located in one of Greenwich’s most coveted neighborhoods, which surprises me.
