29 Hunting Ridge Road, $3.495 million, is reported pending. I wrote on this when it hit the market ten days ago: beautiful land, which it always hadm, but these owners really did a thorough of resuscitating it from the condition it was in 2012 — not horrible then, but definitely dated.
