New listing at 524 Lake Avenue this morning, $12.1 million guide price. Built in 1988, it once sold for $5.7 million in 1999, but these owners paid just $5.837 million for it in 2007, two years after it had been placed on the market at $7.750. It’s sure to fare better this time.
