151 Stanwich Road, listed at $2.950 million, closed today at $3.8 million. It has the obligatory “babbling brook”, but oddly there’s no mention of the “coveted, gourmet, professional chef’s kitchen” that’s included in every reputable GMLS offering. Listing agent Ellen Mosher is one our top agents, so I’m sure the omission was part of a deliberate strategy and, judging from this sale price, it obviously worked.
