1365 King Street, guide price $1.5 million, pending after just six days. Listed as both land and residential, I think it’s fair to say that it will be selling as land. Just two acres in the 4 acre zone (it’s an “estate sale”, but not that kind of estate), so there will be some square footage restraints, but obviously, given how quickly a buyer (and probably more than one) stepped up, that wasn’t a major hurdle.
