I think this is a very nice house; unfortunately, its owner's fear that it will be torn down and replaced by a mega-mansion will probably prove true

90 Taconic Road, $3.1 million. Built in 1960 by noted architect and Greenwich resident Edwin Paul, it seems bright, airy, and in impeccable condition, but almost all the homes designed by Paul and built in Greenwich have already been torn down, and this one will probably follow those houses into the dustbin of history. Sad.

In a coordinated PR campaign, Greenwich Time published a piece on the house today, and if you can get past the paper’s cashwall (just disable JAVA in your browser’s settings) it provides a good look at the house and its history.
