25 Cove Road, Lucas Point, $5.995 guide price, is reported as under contract again. It had a deal August 21st, fell out of contract August 28th, but now another buyer has stepped up. We’ll see; if this one doesn’t work out, there’s always a third time, and that’s always been known to do the trick.
