Well it took a couple of years and a busted deal or two, but it's finally closed

7 Turner Drive

The Quonset hut at 7 Turner Drive has sold for $1.6 million. That's exactly the price clients of mine, artists, figured on back in 2015, but although they were interested in it as studio and living space, their plans changed and ow someone else has bought it.

Built as a tennis court way back when, then used to house a car collection and converted a final time to a residence, the property was worth land value, period, and that's why its sold for. But if, like my clients, the new owners care to use it as a house for now, and are careful not to put too much money into the structure, the land value should preserve their "investment".
