Sale price on Hedgerow revealed

11 Hedgerow Lane closed yesterday for $3.1 million, a substantial discount from its final asking price of $3.750. Still, it must have been a relief for the owners, who long ago decamped for North Carolina, to get rid of it; they’ve been trying to accomplish that feat since 2012, when they started at $7.450.

They paid $3.275 million for it in 2003 which, in retrospect, seems ill-advised.
