189 Round Hill Road, which I posted on here after it came on the market January 3rd, is already under contract. Certainly no mansion, and it can use extensive updating, but at $1.295 million, it offered a pleasant house in a quiet, back-country location at what in Greenwich passes for a reasonable price, so no surprise here.
