Three stories, all related
/I don’t get it
Biden’s EPA’s methane rules will shut down small refiners
(which is why big oil supports the new rules, but never mind)
Biden says he’ll close down coal plants and replace them with solar and windmills
Global coal usage skyrockets ahead of UN climate conference
Nations like Germany have been forced to restart coal plants to keep lights on, as Russia has continually disrupted natural gas deliveries into Europe following levied sanctions after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, exacerbating energy shortages.
China, a country that will not attend COP27, is also ramping up coal production to secure its energy supplies. China is the world’s largest carbon emitter and emits more emissions than the U.S., Europe and Japan combined, largely due to its manufacturing industry which is largely fueled by coal.
Biden’s handlers’ goal is to kill the energy industry in the U.S. — what happens elsewhere is not their concern.
