Contract on Meadow Road, Riverside

117 Meadow Road, $10 million, reports a contract. It started at $11.8 in July. When it came back on the market with this new price a month ago I questioned whether it could really be accurately described as “direct waterfront”, but clearly, somebody didn’t care.

And, really, why should they? It’s a great location, regardless.
