6 Pleasant View Place has closed at $3,212,500 — the ask was $3.495, so close enough, especially because its builder paid just $975,000 for the land. Havemeyer detractors aside, the views from this street really are pleasant, and I’m not alone in liking Havemeyer itself: just ask some of the families that have lived here and raised their children for 30 years and longer.
