Not surprised to see this price cut

198 E. Middle Patent Road has dropped from $1.995 million to $1.895.

Wrote about it back in November when it hit the market:

New to the market today, 198 E. Middle Patent Road, Greenwich address, Stamford schools and taxes, $1.995 million. The agent describes it as “GREENWICH’S GLASS HOUSE”. I don’t think so.
