CT’s Democrats were blindsided by news that people, including organized crime rings, are collecting 5¢ deposit bottles out of state and cashing them in here in CT for 10¢. Who’d have ever thought that could happen?

Well, someone did, and this morning a reader/friend sent me the picture shown above, with this observation:

This was actually north of exit 4… must be some heat right over the border these days although Friday night we went to dinner just north of the river from  portchester and they were unloading a truck that put the operation in this pic to shame.
