Nice house, and on the north (quieter) side of Stag. Stag’s historically been a slow-seller due to the Merritt next door — but this price is pretty close to the $2.6 million the owners paid in July 2024 (it had started the previous March at $3.250), so it will probably be viewed as not unreasonable by prospective buyers. And hell, maybe for the right price, they’ll agree to leave their TV — they can always buy another one at Walmart, $149.95.

At least wait til halftime to remove it.
