34 Cedarwood Drive (between Husted and Parsonage) was listed at $8.5 million and has sold for $9,640,986.
The sellers bought it when it was newly constructed in 2008 for $7.350 million, so I’m little surprised that listing agent Rob Johnson priced it at such a relatively “low” price. But the results show why Rob is Rob Johnson, and I’m not.
