18 Owenoke Speedway, $3.995 million. Not my absolute favorite street in Riverside, but I’m sure it will sell quickly. In fact, I’ll be very surprised if it doesn’t sell for quite a bit more than this guide price of $3.995; the owners paid $2.975 million for it in 2006, and although that year marked the zenith of our last boom, I think prices have gone up substantially more in the past twenty years than this current price would suggest.

No matter: the market cures all.
