Florida Man — well, an honorary one, anyway — Charged in Greenwich for Retail Theft and Fraud involving 81-year-old Victim

On July 17 asset protection personnel notified ORCA officers of a suspect conducting suspicious transactions. ORCA officers spotted the suspect, later identified as Willians Lazaro Valdes Jimenez, 26, of Orlando, communicating via cell phone with a co-conspirator in a nearby getaway vehicle. As Mr. Valdes Jimenez hurriedly attempted to flee, police detained him.

Foursome Charged with Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Forgery

Patrol officers and plainclothes officers working in the area were able to detain and positively identify the arrestees, Jamel Shareef Craig, 32, of Brooklyn and his co-conspirators, Onyedikachi Chukwujekwu Agu, 30, of New Rochelle; Kevin Conrod Bastien, 32 of Brooklyn; and Keshane G Tanner, 28, of Bronx.
