33 Boulder Brook Road, listed at $6.650 million, has sold to Newton MA buyers for $7.3. The sellers paid $6.3 for it in 2024 and made no substantial improvements in the two years hence,

That’s a marked improvement over this home’s past performance: it was listed by its builder in 2008 for $6.875, just in time for the market crash, and finally sold in 2011 for $4.882 million. It sold again in 2013 for $5.050, and in 2017 for $4.8. Those buyers did some renovation improvements in 2018 and, as noted, sold it to these sellers for $6.3 six years later.
