44 Hunting Ridge Road, listed at $7.995 million, sold to couple mving from Riverside for $8 million. This wasn’t a particularly successful spec house back in 2006-2007, when its builder tried for $7.925 million and eventually sold it in 2014 to these owners for $5 million.
