20 Ridge Road, Cos Cob, listed at $1.799 million, sold for $2,503,000. Purchased for $1.295 million in 2021 and unchanged since then.

Hunting Ridge Rd

44 Hunting Ridge Road, listed at $7.995 million, sold to couple mving from Riverside for $8 million. This wasn’t a particularly successful spec house back in 2006-2007, when its builder tried for $7.925 million and eventually sold it in 2014 to these owners for $5 million.

Of course, it looked different back then:

14 Neil Lane (behind McDonald’s) listed at $1.695 million, sold for $1.8. Renovated and expanded in 2018, these owners paid $1,052,500 for it in 2019.
