Price drop on Dandy, from $3.5 million to $2.999

59 Dandy Drive, Cos Cob, on the market since July, has lowered its price. Expanded and renovated by these owners after paying $950,000 for what was pretty much a wreck in 2014; it was sold “as is”, which tells you all you need to know. I still don’t like the land, but there’s not much you can do about that short of bringing in dynamite and a tree clearing crew, and the town’s regulations don’t make that an easy process; in fact, they may prevent it entirely.

So it is what it is.
