This 1974 home was once listed by the previous owners for $3.795 it lingered on the market, slowly dropping in price, until July 2019, when the owner, a developer himself, threw up his hands nd cold it via auction to this builder for $1.850.

He, in turn, improved it. According to its listing, it was:

DiBiaco put it back on the market in May 2020 at $4.250, and it’s fallen to this, or below. He’ll make back his money, I suppose, but the expected profits seem to be missing.
