A contract on Round hill
/530 Round Hill Road, which was reduced from $7.450 million to $6.3, reports a contract. The house was built in 1937, and still retains 14 of its original acres (plus an additional 8 1/2 acre meadow deeded to the Land Trust). The late owners were part of the Greenwich horse set, NTTAWWT, and there are stables and access to the trail network to prove it.
I may have linked to the late owner’s obituary in a previous post discussing this property, but here it is again. Interesting heritage.
