145 Shore Road, $3.5 million. Very nice inside, but the listing’s “1938” construction date seems … dated; nothing much left from that era is evident, which may please younger buyers.

One lucky call here; the owners offered it for sale at $2.495 million in 2021 but rented it out instead for $15,000. So they collected a nice rental income for four-plus years and will now, probably sell it for a million dollars more.
