16 Windrose Way, Mead Point, finally sold in August of 2024 for $13.750 million after beginning 715 days before at $21.5 million. Now the purchaser, after (understandably) having new house plans prepared, has tossed in the towel and thrown the house back on the market, priced at $15 million.
