20 Cutler Road was sold to developers for $3.5 million in April, 2025, just as the foreclosure hounds were closing in. Quickly gutted, expanded and renovated, it was placed back on the marke last September at $6.295 million and closed yesterday at $5.7 million. I’m sure that was sufficient to make its builder happy.
