It’s been just barely over a year, but 21 Calhoun Drive has already taken its first price cut, from its 4/25/25 price of $6.8 million to $6.250. We always like to advise patience in these situations, but some owners are just too impatient to wait for the “it only takes one” buyer to amble in.
Sad.
