74 Rock Maple Road has taken another price cut and is now at $6.995 million instead of its May kickoff price of $7.950. Perhaps the owners have taken a lesson from the previous sellers, who began in 2020 at $5.995 million and stubbornly held to that price for 442 days until finally selling it to these owners for $5.650 in 2022.

(They might get a sweeter reception here if they used the Rock Maple’s other name, “Sugar Maple” as the address. Just a suggestion.)
